The building gym is a fully functional exercise room with four treadmills, two elliptical machines, a full circuit of weight lifting machines and complete set of dumb bell free weights.

Our playground was recently renovated and expanded to include a full play structure, monkey bars, slides, climbing structures, and swings all set on a soft and cushioned play surface. The two ends of the playground include grassy areas, and adults can relax on a bench swing or picnic tables.

Our buildings are organized around a central courtyard that is the envy of Riverdale - beautiful landscaping, old growth trees, and benches provide a place for young and old alike to relax.

Our community room provides a place for children to play in the winter months, and can be rented out for gatherings and social events.

The 3850 and 3750 buildings each share a covered parking garage structure available from a waitlist to protect your car from the elements.

Both 3850 and 3750 buildings have a bike room for storing your bike outside of your apartment.
