BOARD MEMBERS

Dane is a licensed Professional Engineer and Partner at Joseph K. Blum Co. LLP, a New York City engineering firm. He has been on the Board of Directors for eight years, serving as the vice president and most recently the president. Dane has over 19 years of experience in engineering, architecture, and the construction industry, and an important part of his job is to consult with cooperative and condominium boards and their managing agents to advise them on capital repair projects, apartment alterations, and long term capital repair planning.

Adam is Vice President and Chief financial Officer of New York Medical College, a member of the Touro College and University System. He has served on the Hudson Manor Terrace Board for 4 years, first as treasurer and now as vice president. Prior to that, Adam served on the HMT Advisory board. During his tenure, Adam has significantly helped increased the oversight and fiscal health of the Co-op. He has served as CFO and COO of various organizations and volunteers as an Emergency Medical Technician and Security Officer in the community.

James is an attorney at Goldstein, Ballen, O'Rourke and Wildstein specializing in workers' compensation and has been on the Board for 13 years, serving as secretary for all of them. His professional experience has allowed him to contribute to important Board decisions regarding legal issues which must be dealt with frequently. In his time on the Board he has contributed to many important decisions, including maintaining the financial integrity of the corporation, implementing necessary capital improvements, and upgrades including the construction of the gym and playground.

Morgan's 16 years of experience as an elementary school teacher have instilled in her a deep passion for educating children, creating a sense of belonging in a community and resolving problems collaboratively. This mindset has carried over into her work as a community leader, where she is known for her willingness to listen to the stories and needs of her neighbors and help lead them towards solutions.

Chris is a licensed real estate salesperson for 9 years, first with a small firm of 30-40 agents and with City Connections Realty since 2017. He is new to the Board and has been a resident of Hudson Manor Terrace for 3.5 years with his wife and son. 

Noah works in commercial real estate overseeing property managers, controlling expenses, and managing operating budgets. He also has experience reviewing real estate taxes, and he will bring these skills to his new position at HMT. Noah looks forward to lending his professional experience and commitment to the community.

Benjamin is the sponsor and owner of unsold shares, and has been a member of the Board since 2013.
